華埠啟蒙學校由非謀利機構匡濟會董事會於1981年創辦，服務紐約市有逾四十年歷史。本校致力為3-5歲兒童提供免費優質雙語雙文化學齡前教育，注重兒童德、智、體、群的發展和學前準備。另外，為了讓家長在就業、住屋、育兒技巧和教育各方面得到最好幫助，本校也提供家庭輔導、兒童健康、各類講座和學習班等等家庭支援服務，亦為有需要家庭尋找社區資源，達至自給自足。

Chinese Community Concerns Corp., Chinatown Head Start is a non-profit organization that is funded by the federal government since 1981, serving children aged from 3 to 5 from all five boroughs of New York City over 40 years. The primary goal of Chinatown Head Start is to provide a high-quality bilingual / bicultural preschool education to children focusing on their social, intellectual, emotional and physical development, and to enhance their language development, literacy, mathematics, science, and creative arts. It is also a comprehensive program that provides families with counseling, English language instruction, adaptation skills, child-rearing skills, parenting skills, medical and dental services and referrals.​
